This a wonderfully simple and minimalistic earring for everyday use. The three coin circles are 8mm in diameter making it a perfect and understated dangle piece. The discs come in copper, brass, bronze, solid sterling silver, yellow gold fill, rose gold fill, solid 14k yellow gold, solid 14k white gold (nickel Based), Solid 14k white gold (Palladium Based), and Solid 14k rose gold.

ABOUT 14K WHITE GOLD
In order for 14k gold to have any other color than yellow, other metals must be mixed with the gold. There are two types of 14k white gold, the nickel based uses nickel to get the white color. This is not a particularly good option if you are sensitive to certain metals. The Palladium based 14k white gold uses palladium to help get that 'white color. This is a great option if you are sensitive to certain metals as Palladium is a hypoallergenic metal.

About Gold-Filled
All gold-filled jewelry sold by Patination Designs is nickel free. Gold-Filled looks, feels, and wears like gold because it actually has a solid layer of gold bonded to a base metal. It is 100 times thicker than gold plate and will not flake or tarnish like gold plate. It makes a great and cheap alternative to real gold and is great if you are sensitive to metals!
